Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply when you play Deepest Point, use its online features, or buy or use Gems. By playing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Who we are
Deepest Point is made and operated by Energiatesti.com Oy, a Finnish limited company (business ID 3176949-6), under its registered auxiliary business name Rusty Drill Games. In these terms, “we” and “Rusty Drill Games” mean Energiatesti.com Oy.

Who can play
Deepest Point is intended for players aged 13 and over. If the law where you live requires a parent or guardian to agree for you, you must have their permission before playing. If you are under 18, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission before you buy anything with real money.
Your account
A guest account is created automatically so the game can save your progress. You are responsible for access to your device and account. Do not share sign-in links or tokens. You may optionally link Google sign-in to recover your account on another device. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we store and how to delete it.
Play fair
Do not cheat, automate play, exploit bugs, interfere with the service, access another player’s account, evade a restriction, or use the game to break the law. Do not threaten, harass or impersonate others, share personal contact details in public areas, or post content that is hateful, sexual, illegal or otherwise unsafe for a game intended for players aged 13 and over.
You may report or block another player in the game. We may remove content, limit features, suspend an account or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect players, the service or fair play. We will consider the seriousness and history of the issue. Contact support if you believe we made a mistake.
Your name and messages
You keep any rights you have in the player name, chat message or support message you submit. You give Rusty Drill Games permission to store, display, filter and moderate it only as needed to run, protect and support Deepest Point. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to use.
Game license and ownership
Rusty Drill Games gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to play Deepest Point for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms. The game, its code, art, music, characters, names and other content remain owned by Rusty Drill Games or their licensors. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you.
Gold, Gems and digital items
Gold, Gems, passes, cosmetics and other game items are part of the game. You get a limited right to use them in Deepest Point on your own account. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and may not be sold, traded or transferred outside the game.
Gold and many items are earned by playing. Gems are earned by playing and can also be bought with real money. Cosmetic items change how things look and give no advantage in the game.
Buying Gems
- Seller. Gem packs are sold by Energiatesti.com Oy (Rusty Drill Games).
- Price. The Shop shows the price of each pack in euros before you pay. The price includes value added tax (VAT).
- Payment. You pay on a secure checkout page run by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your card number. You need a linked account (Google sign-in), so that your purchase is not lost with a guest account, and you buy Gems in a web browser at deepestpoint.online.
- Delivery. Gems are digital content. They are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. With a payment method that takes time to clear, the Gems are added when the money arrives.
- Your right to cancel. A consumer in the EU normally has 14 days to cancel a purchase made online. Because Gems are delivered immediately, the checkout asks you to agree to immediate delivery and to confirm that you then lose this 14-day right to cancel. You cannot complete a purchase without this confirmation.
- Spending limit. To protect players, one account can buy Gems for at most 100 euros in any 30 days.
- Under 18. Ask a parent or guardian before you buy. A parent or guardian who believes a child has bought Gems without permission can contact us.
- Refunds and problems. If your Gems do not arrive, or something is wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. If a purchase is refunded, the Gems from that purchase are removed from your balance. If a payment is disputed with your bank or card issuer, the Gems from that purchase are removed while the dispute is open, and they are returned if the dispute ends in our favour. If you have already used the Gems, your balance can go below zero, and you cannot use Gems again until it is back at zero or above.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you, including your rights if digital content is faulty.
Using Gems
You can use Gems in the Shop and in other places in the game that show a price in Gems, for example for cosmetic items, a season’s Premium pass and offers that give Gold or other in-game items. The game shows what you get and the price in Gems, and asks you to confirm before anything is bought. Using Gems cannot be undone.
Items you get with Gems stay on your account. They are not taken away if a Gem purchase is later refunded. A Premium pass applies to the season it was bought for.
Updates and availability
Deepest Point is an early prototype. We may fix, balance, add, remove or replace features and content as the game develops. Online services may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, security or technical reasons. If we make a material change that affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
Disclaimers and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. To the extent the law allows, Deepest Point is provided as available, and Rusty Drill Games is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. These terms do not reduce any mandatory guarantee, remedy or other consumer protection that applies where you live.
Ending your account
You can stop playing at any time. You can permanently delete your account in Profile → Account → Delete account. Deletion cannot be undone. It also permanently removes your Gems and the items you got with them, and they cannot be restored or refunded. The Privacy Policy explains the small amount of information that may remain for a limited time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the game changes. We will update the date above and tell players in the game when a change materially affects them. Continuing to use the game after the new terms take effect means you accept them, where the law allows this.
Law, complaints and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without taking away mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live. Contact us first through Settings → Help & Support in the game or at support (at) rustydrillgames.com, so we can try to resolve the issue.
If we cannot agree, a consumer living in Finland can contact the Consumer Advisory Services (kkv.fi/en/consumer-advice) and then take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Consumers elsewhere in the EU can contact the European Consumer Centre in their own country.
